My "Why"
My path to becoming a life coach was shaped by a deeply transformative personal experience. While navigating corporate burnout and caring for my chronically ill father, I worked with a holistic life coach whose support inspired me to pursue this path. I realized the profound impact that personalized coaching could have on an individual’s well-being, and I made it my mission to help others navigate life’s challenges with clarity, purpose, and balance.
I believe that we all have the capacity to thrive when we are supported in ways that honor our mind, body, and spirit. It’s an honor for me to guide clients through their own healing processes and empower them to lead more fulfilling lives.
My approach blends yoga principles with life coaching, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate deeper self-awareness for lasting transformation.

Credentials & Education
I hold a degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon, where I studied human behavior, community dynamics, and social change. This academic foundation deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of individuals and communities, which I apply in my work as a coach.
I also completed a rigorous, year-long Integral Coaching certification program through New Ventures West, where I gained in-depth training in coaching methodology, emotional intelligence, and somatic practices. This certification has equipped me with a comprehensive toolkit to support clients in making lasting changes aligned with their values and goals.
Additionally, my experience with Blue Zones as a Purpose Workshop Facilitator & Workplace Wellbeing Lead for large organizations helped individuals discover their deeper purpose and live in alignment with their values, reinforcing my commitment to helping others live with intentionality and purpose.
Being a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) since 2018 from PureJoy Yoga, allows me to seamlessly integrate somatic awareness, breathwork, and mindfulness into my coaching practice.
